The book, Computer Applications for the Medical Office - Patriot Medical®, 2nd. Edition, is authored by Barbara A. Gylys, BS, MEd, CMA-A, Professor of Health and Human Services at the University of Toledo, Toledo, Ohio. The textbook is designed as an interactive, competency-based approach to learning computerized management of a medical office.
