Patriot Medical® utilizes the latest technology in user interfacing. It has a completely menu driven graphical user interface (GUI), featuring multiple windows, pull-down menus, dialog boxes and scroll bars. This provides you with multi-tasking capabilities from a single workstation.
The Main Menu (Daily Entry, Insurance, Master Files, Reports, & Utilities) is the focal point of Patriot Medical®. It is divided into five clear and logical submenus to coincide with a modern medical practice's office functions. By selecting a highlighted Hot Key, you will instantly access your patient's file with the push of a key.
All the patient's financial and personal information is available on one screen. Patriot Medical®'s windowing capabilities provide you with immediate access to other supplemental information.
The Patient Option key, F2, in Patriot Medical® lets you window into the same patient account or a different patient account. The F2 key may be activated while you are posting transactions, allowing you to look up patient accounts, transactions, insurance information and more without interrupting the task at hand. You may answer telephone inquires on patient accounts, and, with a keystroke, return to transaction entry.
Patriot Medical® automatically generates and processes your insurance forms for your patients from an insurance holding file, saving you precious time. With Patriot Medical® there is for you to produce insurance forms on a per patient basis. Recreating insurance forms due to accidental deletion or individual rebills is easy with Patriot Medical®'s Manual Entry Insurance feature. This feature lets you pick and choose transactions to be billed.
Patriot Medical® features an electronic claims module, Medclaims, showcasing an on-line editor to verify the accuracy of required insurance information prior to submission of claims.
The Notes feature in Patriot Medical® is a powerful tool to help you manage your patient base. It lets you record an unlimited amount of data on each patient, keep internal clinical notes, market to your patient base, or acts as a collection tool to keep track of "promises to pay" and other communications.
Each note lists the date that the note was last updated and a tickle date. The tickle date serves as a reminder: when you start Patriot Medical®, you will be alerted that notes exist with today's tickle date. You may then generate a hard copy or scroll through the Notes.
The power of Patriot Medical® is keeping you informed of your practice's financial performance with data entered only once into your computer. The reports include Patient/Guarantor listings; Accounts Receivable and Insurance Aging; procedure and diagnosis Productivity/Analysis Reports; Financial Status and Forecast Reports.
The Business Status and Forecast report displays your practice's current and projected financial status. Patient and insurance billings are shown and projected for the day, month and year to date. It includes your current and projected count of new patients for the day, month and year.
You may list patient reports in a variety of formats: by Account Number; Alphabetically; in Particular Groups; or in a Customized Report. Patriot Medical® gives you the option of producing condensed or detailed report listings.
Patriot Medical® supports mulitple forms of output. You have the choice of listing the report to mailing labels, chart labels or transferring the date to a word processor.
